I just got off the phone with the travel agent and the group rate airfare
finally came through. The best they could do for 10 seats is $1051
Here's the info:
Leave 2/1 from JFK at 10:30pm
Arrive 2/2 in BA at 10:50am
Leave 2/8 from BA at 10:10pm
Arrive 2/9 in JFK at 6:25am
There are 10 seats reserved at this price, she wasn't sure how long the
reservation was for but I should know that later today. The only thing is,
we have to pay by check to get this rate. The normal rate is $1148.
I was *really* hoping for something cheaper but at this point I'm not sure
how much cheaper it will get, especially from JFK.
Are there enough people who would definitely want this fair to go forward
with it?
