This morning my local classic rock(Oh, you mean U2 had an album after
Achtung Baby?) station mentioned that U2 recently finished their
tour(really??), and are working on their next album "which they expect to
release by the end of the year".
So, in Irish time that would be....ohhh....next June? ; ) Though I have
to say, as much as I want them back on the road again, I'd seriously
appreciate that they not tour until at least fall of 1999. It'll be at
least that long before I can even begin to save up enough money for my
round-the-world trek!
And that would also put them right on track for U2000! : D
