"Mother am i still your son, you know i've waited for so long to hear you
say so. Mother you left and made me someone now i'm still a child but no
one tells me no." U2, Mofo.

Departure to Buenos Aires has been delayed by a day in order to spend a
day hiking through the rainforests about 20 miles from the falls into
Paraguay.

It's funny how you can come to a place where nobody has a clue what's
going on in New York, London, and they really don't care. I think maybe
there's something to be said for the simple life. No car alarms, no
cellular phones. Just this silly laptop. ;-)

This is about as far away from Popmart as you get...and maybe that's the
point. Popmart is a great show of techonology...how far we've gome in the
last 50 years. It's really just a bunch of space junk though, no real
purpose other than to help us reflect. People here in Iguacu certainly
have no need for a 40 foot mirrorball lemon. Somehow, it would all seem
horribly out of place here.

Just over 48 hours though until it all fires up again on Thursday night.
We've been talking of a detour between Buenos Aires and Santiago. Meet a
British geologist at a local pub last night who said we really need to go
see Ushuaia, Argentina. Bottom of the world. Pengiuns, real people, and
about as far away from everything as you can get. It's an idea.

I'm not coming down,

Jason
