In fact, the largest paid concert for a single act ever is not U2's Reggio
Emilia, but Paul McCartney's Maracana show in the 1989/90 tour. (184,000). I
don't know if The Rolling Stones Voodoo Lounge concert in Moscow was paid or
not, but I believe there were more than 200,000 people there.
